Responsabilidades y habilidades principales:

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes

under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high

level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Proficient level in

English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills, strong decisionmaking

ability and attention to detail are equally important.

 

Conocimientos Generales:

3 years of progressively responsible experience as an application administrator or

end of the line support;

• 1-2 years experience with instructional/learning technologies design principles,

practices, and/or theories

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, management information

systems, computer engineering, or a similar degree and/or equivalent related work

experience;

• Recent experience with the administration of Zoom, Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, or

Salesforce Communities, or other instructional technologies, preferably in a higher

education environment;

• Demonstrated understanding of product management and development principles,

as well as the entire Software Development Life Cycle; and custom-built products

• Experience with software development, supporting custom web applications, and

administering cloud based vendor technologies; creative problem solving and

abilities for technical solution design

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and self-organization skills;

 

Estudios: LICENCIATURA EN CIENCIAS DE LA COMPUTACIÓN
