Responsabilidades y habilidades principales:

Position Purpose

As the Technical Expert, you will ensure all Measurement Data are correctly and timely uploaded from Drive and Walk measurement systems for post-processing into backend Data Management Systems. You will ensure the data processing pipeline is correctly build and configured to ensure the Measurements data can be correctly Extracted, Translated and Loaded. You will ensure the measurement data efficiently flows through the data pipeline and resolve any data processing issues promptly to ensure an optimal data throughput and data quality for all projects are maintained.

Key Accountabilities

 During the initiation of a Project, create the project and associated campaign in the M2

 Build up the database from the functional test data

 Prepare the CDRs configuration based on the scope requirements

 Prepare Tableau PM workbooks, monitor workbook and publish them on the internal server

 Apply metatags check and invalidations daily

 Refresh Tableau data source and PM workbooks daily, and share the location with management and the analytics teams

 Ensure all data is kept separated and securely across national boundaries through multiple data centres

 Apply QA and KPIs checks daily

 Follow up with IT team in case of any issue such as the data Synchronization issue

 Ensure the Optimal number SIM Cards are available to efficiently support Network Measurements demand requirements

 Ensure all Test systems are correctly installed as per the P3 installation standards

 Ensure all System Test data is promptly uploaded and efficiently processed via the Data Postprocessing chain to confirm all Test KPI’s are as expected. Any System abnormalities should be promptly identified and resolved.

 Management of all Test Equipment, Devices and SIM cards inventory, controlling and overseeing the ordering of equipment, the safe storage of equipment, and managing the allocation of equipment to Projects and Network Measurement Engineers.

 Expand and Manage the LAN, LAN Capacity, Ongoing Life Cycle of IT infrastructure and services and implement any new IT Infrastructure and Services to meet ongoing P3 CUS

 Plan, Develop and Implement all Local Tools to support and Optimise P3-CUS processes. Work jointly with P3-COM to incorporate P3-CAU requirements into Back End Systems and work closely with P3-COM to ensure optimal availability and performance across Operations.

 From time to time Domestic and International Travel will be required in support of P3 CUS activities.

 Attend Global Meetings to ensure the P3 CUS Business Unit is fully across the latest Device, Hardware & Software Roadmaps.

 

Conocimientos Generales:

Qualifications & Education

As the Technical Expert, you should have a technical degree relevant to P3’s business or equivalent and more than 2 years’ experience in Mobile and/or Fixed Telecommunication Operators at a functional level.

Required experience and skills

 Proactive team member, willing to learn and team player

 Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.

 2+ years of related experience

 Working SQL query knowledge level

 Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data

 Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets

 Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management

 A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets

 Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

 Knowledge in Tableau online and desktop
