Responsabilidades y habilidades principales:

·1st visit to the Certified Collision and Repair Center (CCRC) to run a health check, identify potentials to improve where necessary and perform an action plan signed that answers:

·Identify processes out of compliance with the Body & Paint Standards (2.0) utilizing the “Body & Paint Certification Checklist”.

·Identify process changes necessary at Certified Collision and Repair Centers (CCRC)

·Launch an action plan based on the results of the health check, with responsible persons and timeframe for achievement.

·Communicate Business Plan related to the structure of the CCRC dealer to identify investments required based on Action Plan findings.

·Identify Action plan completion status with the Certified Collision and Repair Centers (CCRC)

·Perform additional visit to complete the final evaluation of the body shop in compliance to the Body & Paint Standards (2.0), afterwards a certification result based on the “Body & Paint Certification Checklist” has to be signed for the Certified Collision and Repair Center (CCRC) responsible

·Results which was recorded for the health check (signed) by each Certified Collision and Repair Center (CCRC).

·Action Plan (signed) defined with the responsible of the Certified Collision and Repair Center (CCRC).

·Final Results from the certification visit (signed).

·Remote monitoring and coaching to the Dealer/CCRC

 

Conocimientos Generales:

Familiarity with the following automotive operations: Collision repair, operations, insurance and overall collision industry standards

Experience in the composition of professional documents including but not limited to proposals, business plans, project plans, process maps, program evaluations and SWOT analysis.

 

Estudios: INGENIERÍA EN SISTEMAS AUTOMOTRICES

Idiomas: INGLÉS AVANZADO

Experiencia: Más de 3 años EN: Experience (5-7 years) strong sales background, preferably in the automotive field.

Expertise in the automotive industry with an understanding of vehicle accessories.

Understanding of Dealer organizational reporting structures.

Candidate must possess excellent relationship management and problem solving skills.

Baseline characteristics – self-directed, sales focused, organized, excellent written and oral communication skills.

Candidate must possess excellent relationship management and have problem solving skills.

Effective communications, interpersonal and public relations skills.

Experience working at or with premium dealers and collision centers
