Responsabilidades y habilidades principales:

Translate business needs into technical requirements, identifying technology gaps and brainstorming solutions with technical resources.

Translate the product vision into user stories and ensure requirements focus on building scalable and extensible systems.

Serve as the subject matter expert for the client's applications, including its features and functionality, user experience, and connections to other systems.

Collaborate with key partners and subject matter experts to analyze processes and system functionality, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Closely partner with engineering and design to drive alignment and deliver key outcomes and collaborate with the Product Team to determine release goals and features.

Review the design of test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functionals to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment.

Serve as the frontline resource in managing and defining requirements, Use Cases, and Acceptance Test criteria.

Support development goals and objectives by working closely with internal scrum team members and stakeholders to ensure that integrations and implementations exceed client expectations.

Participate in all scrum rituals, and potentially assume the role as scrum master if required by the team

 

Conocimientos Generales:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience as Business Analyst

Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging stakeholders and customers

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for launching and improving products

Experience in Agile methodologies.

Experience with Visio.

Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

Ability to document and maintain requirements using source-to target maps, data dictionary, process documentation, and team defined standards; using tools such as Visio, Word, and Excel

Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

 

Estudios: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación   

Grado Académico: Maestría, Licenciatura

Escolaridad: Titulado

Idiomas: inglés avanzado
