Responsabilidades y habilidades principales:

Provide technical assistance and support to Genesys Cloud CX users via phone, email, or chat.

Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues related to Genesys Cloud CX.

Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and implement software updates.

Train new users on Genesys Cloud CX software and provide ongoing support to existing users.

Monitor the performance of Genesys Cloud CX software and proactively identify and address potential issues.

Work closely with other IT team members to ensure the overall health and stability of the system.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on Genesys Cloud CX software and related processes.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Genesys Cloud CX software support.

 

Conocimientos Generales:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

Strong technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX software, including its architecture and integration with other systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Experience with network and system administration.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

Experience with VoIP, SIP, and/or WebRTC protocols is a plus.

 

Estudios: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación   

Grado Académico: Maestría, Licenciatura

Escolaridad: Titulado

Idiomas: inglés avanzado
